Law School Prom

Lots of people have been weighing in on the Barrister's Ball lately and I thought I would throw my 2 cents in there. I have to say I'm on the side of the fence that wonders why in the world one would want to do this.

Do i want to pay $100, who knows what for a dress and go get drunk with law school students and professors? No thanks. If that's your thing...great. But to all of those "recruiters" who insist that you HAVE to go....no thanks.

Prom was in HIGH SCHOOL...i didn't even go to dances in undergrad.

and to echo many of the other blawgers...law school really is like High School at times.
