High School Reunion
So a little over a month ago I got the invitation for my 5 year high school reunion. And my first thought was...absolutely no way in hell!! The thought of getting together with a bunch of people I didn't like the first time around makes me a little nauseous.
I was a nerd...and a jock. I was not part of the popular crowd. I went to a high school that graduated 104 kids.
How about you guys? Reunions anyone? :)

A five year reunion seems kind of silly. Nobody has really had a chance to go out and do anything in just five years...the question that haunts me is...Will I go to the ten year reunion?

i cant wait to hit up the 5 year reunion. my life is great, all the people who were douches in high school are still in the same town doing the same shit with their lives: nothing
plus itll give me the opportunity to hook up with the cheerleaders that i didnt have the nerve to talk to when i was there
My 10-year reunion(s) were in fall 2004. I moved from the Northeast to the Southeast the summer between my Jr and Sr years - so I got invited to TWO reunions! Joy!
I totally skipped the SE one. I still keep in touch with the three people there that I actually cared about. I would have loved to go to my NE reunion - but I had already used up my travel budget for the year (time and money-wise), so I skipped it. It would have been fun, though - I was a total geek in HS, and I'm still a total geek... but at least now my geekitude earns me a decent living. ;)
Yeah, missed the 5 and the 10. I'll liley miss the 15 if there is one because I'll bea bitter 3L. Maybe I'll go to the 20? Ask me again in 7 years...
